Leip is known to be a strict person to himself as well as to others and was considered to be a competent commander. He was also ambitious as he found Priscilla before the royal family died and tried to use both her and Sphinx to further his goals. Leip is mentioned to be lewd by Priscilla.
History
Leip was trusted by the Lugnician royal family and was responsible for the administration of the Dragon History Stone. Using the information about the prophecy to his advantage, he searched for a candidate and found Priscilla. Sometime later, Leip brought Gilian Endymion to participate in Priscilla's tournament to decide who would become her knight, but to Leip's surprise, Al was chosen instead.
